In the first three recordings, you can hear the speech clarity benefits of each Encanta technology level in different noise environments: (1) Low noise (+5 dB SNR), (2) Noisy (0 dB SNR), and (3) Very noisy (-5 dB SNR). As you listen to two people having a conversation, the technology level will transition from the Encanta 100 to the 200, 300, and 400, increasing the contrast between speech and noise.

Hear Encanta in a low-noise environmen
Encanta in a +5 dB SNR environment (speech level is 5 dB higher than noise level). You’ll notice that conversation is clear and listening comfort increases with each technology level.
Hear Encanta in a noisy environment
Encanta in a 0 dB SNR environment (noise level is equal to the speech level). As the technology level goes up, you’ll be able to hear the benefits of Smart Noise Management in a noisy outdoor setting.

* Both recordings were normalised to the same level. The Music Experience program provides more gain than BernaFit NL because a user will accept and expect more gain for music than for speech or noise. When listening to the original recordings (not normalised) the main difference you hear is that the music gets louder. Eliminating the difference in loudness by normalising to the same level helps focussing on the increased dynamic in the Music Experience program.
